ToggleWHAT HAPPENED?
As per sportitalia, the Italian manager wants to take over at Juventus this summer, the club with whom he won his first Serie A title. Conte's decision comes amid his strained relationship with the Napoli board, leading Italian journalist, Alfredo Pedulla, to claim that the "relationship between the two is at an all-time low."

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The tensions between the former Chelsea boss and Napoli began to arise after Conte complained about the lack of signings and pushed the narrative that he had to win games without the support from the club's board. The Italian experienced similar issues while in charge at Tottenham, falling out with both his squad and chairman Daniel Levy. Napoli, who have faced managerial dilemmas in recent seasons, do not want to be caught off-guard and have already enquired about Massimiliano Allegri.

DID YOU KNOW?
Juventus have already sacked one manager this season, having dispensed with the services of Thiago Motta after less than a season in charge. They are currently fourth in the table and have the chance to seal Champions League qualification in their final game of the campaign this week, although current boss Igor Tudor is not viewed as a long-term appointment. As well as Conte, Juve are also considering raiding Napoli for Victor Osimhen, who has enjoyed a prolific season on loan at Galatasaray.

WHAT NEXT FOR ANTONIO CONTE?
Conte and Napoli are just one win away from clinching the title after Inter Milan could only manage a draw with Lazio at the weekend. With a one-point lead over their rivals, Napoli have their destiny in their own hands as they take on Cagliari in their final game of the season on Friday night. Conte, however, will be missing from the touchline after being sent off against Parma last weekend.
